  • Summer check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off-season check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

  • Shared driveway with parking on the right side for up to 5 vehicles (size dependent).
  • Do not park on the left side or block the entrance.
  • Golf carts allowed; outlet in garage.

  • No events allowed (including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities).
  • No smoking.
  • Minimum rental age: 25 years.

  • In response to credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID is required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs only. Maximum: 2 small dogs, up to 25 pounds each. The first dog is included in the rental price. Additional dogs require an extra fee.
  • Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but town guidelines must be followed. Check local regulations for pet restrictions.
  • If not bringing a pet, notify the reservation team to remove the pet fee (you will save $300). The first pet stays free with any summer reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund is processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
